A new lotto - Would you enter?

At this years' AGM, the idea of a different type of Lotto was suggested. Based off a model used in Co Kerry, it's quite simple:
1. It's a simple draw. First name out of the hat wins.
2. It takes place weekly, at the same time each week.
3. Winner takes half the total amount raised.
