This application form is used to apply for the Louise Lynch Bursary. In order to apply, members must be:
- Active playing members of St Vincents (Camogie and/or Ladies Football)
- Active (or intending to be active) volunteers with St. Vincents e.g. mini-leagues coach; fund-raiser etc.
- Entering Third Level education for the first time.

Your entries below are confidential and will only be used for the purposes of selecting a recipient of the Bursary. The entries will only be seen by the selection committee and the Club PRO who is responsible for providing the information to the selection committee.
Upon selection of the award recipient, all data will be permanently erased in line with GDPR Requirements.
